Wierd thing about Murder Inc dvd...plus mini review
« on: November 08, 2002, 10:13:04 PM »
I recently got the Murder Inc dvd...that accompanied the Irv Gotti presents THe Inc Album.

Well anyways, it wierd, in all the film clips, every SPORTING teams logo or name is blurred out. It stuffs up the 'Down 4 U' film clip up big time, coz Ja's wearing a Washington Bullets singlet, and they edit out Nike and Adidas. Then all through the other sections of the dvd, they wear the same sorts of clothes, and nothing lol

Irv Gotti is a well spoken man, he talks about how it all happened etc.
He says that Death Row Records set the bar, "they killed it", having 5-6 platinum artists, and thats what he wants the succeed with Murder Inc (Ashanti, Ja Rule...ummm?) Thats the westcoast mention, making it worthy of this main forum hehe

The dvd also features a CMC (Cash-Money-Clique; Ja Rule, O-1, Dave Black is the third member off the top of my head) video 'Get the fortune', this features a very young and viscious Ja Rule, he kills this song straight up!

Irv Gotti is talking bout the first time he learnt to make a beat, Jazz told him over the phone how to sample, and he said he used a Prince beat and dropped a dope beat. He joked how he could make that beat now and it would be an instant hit, but Prince would never clear the sample "Bitch ass nigga" lol

All in all, if u see it buy it, but dont wear any NBA or Nike clothes around it
