It's sad that people (rappers) nowadays want to create the impression that they're in some kind of gang lifestyle, when anyone in the rap game, even at mid-card level are not going to be in one, strictly from common sense thinking. People have been caught up on the public appeal of Tha Row ever since the industry exposed them in the mid/late 90's, and they want that attraction upon themselves to be looked upon by the public in gangster form, when proper gangsta rap was outsold by R&B, Crunk, Club, and other genre's that were bigger sellers post-2000, so it isn't a business marketing move to shift numbers, and hit a white audience with in mainstream. So the only thing I can muster up that these rappers are purely little boys trying to play big men and look hard to impress teenage girl audiences, and look like bad boys to get those naive fan bases all wet.

The west needs to come out, and make music, and collaborate talent, and combine strength rather than doing little girl arguments every month with pointless played out internet beef videos. Credibility needs restored, and it might require the help of some OG West Coast rappers to come up and bring some new genuine talent out. We know Dre helped Game, but one isn't enough. It needs more to become a fully functional coast consistent in making good music again
