he says that because when he recorded this song goodie mob just came in to the studio.

^ This.  The studio footage released as a bonus on Bosses in the Booth shows them coming into the studio during the recording of that song, so he probably shouted them out on one of his takes.  There is a rumor that they ended up recording a track together that day, but there has never been proof.
