E-A Ski is most widely recognised by hip hop heads world-wide as the man who rapped the epic track on the Friday soundtrack ‘Blast If I Have To’ in which he came across with a twisted sense of enthusiasm. You still occasionally see this track on compilations, it’s a track which I’d refer to as a classic.
E-A Ski was born in 1972. He grew up in East Oakland, California, and was somewhat spoiled being the only boy out of four children. When Ski was nine years old he began to engage in a passion, that passion was martial arts. He was very committed to both the fighting form and his instructor. Ski managed to become the heavyweight champion of the world three times and was undefeated during 1989 up until 1991. Before his reign as world champion, he was slated to win the Olympic Gold in South Korea back in 1988, but as a means of respect to his instructor he declined. The reason for that was because this would have forced him to change his fighting style.

After the release of ‘Blast If I have To’ Ski and his manager John Krashna decided to start up their own record label, the label became the Infrared Music Group (IMG). or (imagine a million guns).Now ‘Blast If I Have To’ had made a tremendous amount of money, coming close to $1,000,000. One of Ski’s most used sayings is that "It’s not all about the money." He lived up to this. Once IMG was established E-A Ski paid back all the money back to Priority Records, all the money that he had earned from that track he repaid, obviously Priority were shocked but Ski kept his word.

The least highlighted part of E-A Ski’s career is the fact that he is a brilliant producer, including Spice 1’s second album which reached platinum status.

Since running in to a lot of money, E-A Ski has had a custom built recording studio built inside his house, for the past three years, he and his cousin/producing partner CMT(Cash Money Talks) have been working on Ski’s album ‘Earthquake’ the album will feature the likes of Montel Jordan (from the hit single ‘Showdown’), Dr. Dre, Jayo Felony and others. The album is entitled ‘Earthquake’ beacause Ski is sure it will "Shake muthafu**as up."

All promotion is good promotion for Ski. Yea he posts here but most dont know about Ski. I didnt know that he was into fighting.. thats bomb dogg. Thanks for the info.

Well.. whatever the case may be.. keep postin shit about Ski.. Even if its old news.. its all slept on.

and if someone.. hint hint.. can take the lead on putting something together dedicated to Mr. Ski... Im down to assist with news and music insight..

Make is a featured page off DubCnn or something. C'mon Seer... Im knowin you can freak it. Come up with a good ass layout. I have some cool pics if you need..

yeah I might do... i gotta couple more things in the pipeline tho

u know what i'm working on now. Due to lack of free time I gotta do that over xmas.. and a I gotta followup with one of the people involved.. but that could stall until before his project drops and squeeze ski in
