Only problem with it was the back cover saying "Distributed by Priority Records" when Priority didn't distribute DR until years later. Supposedly Makaveli Records was going to be distributed by Priority.

its not fake, this pic has been around forever, it was first mentioned in a source cover story with suge, where suge mentioned the back cover.  the man dre is fucking is not eminem..   then when riskie began selling his makaveli painting i think it was posted on there.  also it showed up when the death row auction pics were posted.  and nobody is posting it because it is old news
