As much as everyone clowns them for dropping artists, the ones who make it to "superstar" level tend to all be paid well. For all of the superstars that Death Row or Ruthless had, how many of them were millionaires when all was said and done? Granted, I'm sure the lessons learned from those labels might have played a part too.
