I did a little investigating and got half of the scoop.

The "jacked for your watch" comment was directed towards Eminem, who apparently got jacked for his watch in the offices of Power 106 by Damizza, Shade's partner. Damizza offered to return the watch if Eminem agreed to have a talk with him, but Eminem was ready and eager to leave without it. That is, until he ran into his bodyguard on his way out.. All of a sudden Eminem becomes bold and returns with his guard to retrieve the watch. Standing BEHIND his guard Eminem asks for his belongings and Damizza obviously not shaken by the guard, says "no." The guard in an attempt to intimidate says "why don't you give the man his stuff back," and Damizza replies with "Bitch, please!" Unfortunately for Damizza the staff at Power became aware of the standoff and warned him not to cause a scene in the workplace, so Damizza complied and returned the watch.

"Put this in ya articles" is obviously directed towards Chuck Phillips.

"Half-man, half-hide behind a shake and a smile" if i had to take a guess, he's referring to Xzibit. I've heard that there is tension between them.

That's all I have for now, I will speak to a source close to Shade later to see if he can help decipher the rest of the verse.

Ahh I see, the thing I dont get though is why did Damion jack Em's watch??

Damizza and Eminem have a major problem with each other, the only problem is that Em is afraid of Mizz which cancels any chance of the two having a sit-down to talk over their issues with one another. Damizza took Eminem's watch in an attempt to get him to talk to him, but Em was cool with the idea of leaving without it. Figures. Em is the total opposite of the character he portrays.
