Dre always got a production team with him. From Chris Taylor, Daz, Warren, Soopafly, D.O.C to Mel-Man just to name a few. He´s a perfect mixer, got good ideas and knows how to work with the music software. I would call him "head of production".

That's what a producer is. As great as the P.R. is, every so-called genius has other talented people moving and making things happen for him. Great directors are people with excellent DP's and editors to make their stuff happen. Great coaches have entire coaching staffs doing all the grunt work for them. Making a beat is only one aspect of production.
