    Ma Dukes,

    I am writing you after seeing that blog post. I do see that part of a private response was released and truly I am embarrassed due to the fact that I offended and hurt you. I came from a place of frustration since I had friends and whatnot who were hurt by how they were treated by JT(but that has absolutely nothing to do or reflects upon you). I realize how ignorant I am to the situation and ill-informed when it comes to what's going on in your life. I don't believe you are a weak person or someone who can just be taken advantage of. I appreciate you responding to that person's blog so it could clear things up for me. I don't want to walk around harming people or being ignorant to things. I think my concern for how things are being done came off inappropriately and highly offensive towards you, for that I'm sorry. I didn't say any of that to be mean spirited at all and in my head all that I thought was "Man, I love Dilla and I want to see Ma Dukes do amazingly well." It's crazy that's what was in my head and what came out of my mouth were two totally different things. A huge lesson was learned for myself: Just because I think I know the truth doesn't mean I know the truth. Whatever goes on behind the scenes with you and JT is none of my business and I shouldn't even comment on it. I'm not you or him so I don't know what actually goes on, I very well must be mis-informed. I ask that you please keep on with your great relationship with Mike as he had absolutely nothing to do with any of this at all. I know he only wants the best for you. I only want the best for you Ma Dukes and I hope anything I've done doesn't stop you from only having the best in your life. I understand if you're mad and I also understand if you don't have forgiveness for me. I created harm out of frustration towards someone other than you. Harm out of ignorance.

    Your son's records have changed my life forever. Mentally and spiritually they have lifted me up. For that, I am forever grateful towards him and for you bringing him into this world. It truly is a blessing.
