As they will probably remix the beats and it's on interscope, does anyone think there is a chance Dre might update one (or more) of the beats for this album?

Interesting point. Can't see it - Dre's got enough on his plate and from the amount of time it takes him to finish a project I don't think he'd be able to meet a release date of January next year.

Damn, when I saw the topic I was hoping for a re-release with Gz Up Hoes Down, Doggystyle and prehaps Next Episode OG, but instead it was a wack ass tribute version. Did anyone hear the Straight Outta Compton one? That shit was alright, but that was nearly all west coast cats, to be honest I can't see Fat Joe, Cam'ron etc, flowing all that well to the beats from Doggystyle.

of one of the most classic hip hop albums to date, that
would just fuckin' ruin it for me they'll prob get some wack
remixes put on it and also why are they puttin' mostly
eastcoast cats on it for. Doggystyle is a westcoast album
and if you are going to cover it at least put some cats
on it who are actually from the west you know what I'm
sayin'

Hmmm I got mixed reactions too.

Seein how bad most songs are that bite old west coast beats, I don't expect much. At least this will make G-Funk look better and let them remember how much we have done...but I donno what this is gonna work like .

One stupid thing I could see happenin is east coast die hards like "See Dre shoulda been workin with the east back then, them ny cats killed his beats, they sound way better than snoop" even tho that wont be common to hear i could see some dude sayin it
