Dont suffer with it really but I am very strange when it comes to sleep and shit. Nearly every night I get into bed and watch a film till about 3 or 4 in the morning. I the have to be up every day at 8 but I somehow manage to do it. I pretty much live my life very tired.

If you just lying in your bed without getting sleepy, then get the fuck up and turn the lights on and do something else. Don't watch TV or use the computer, that don't work. Don't take that sugar in the morning, don't drink sodas of any kind or eat candy or drink coffee during the day, take a walk during the day and eat some proper food and you'll be out like a snowman when you go to bed.
