dunno if it has been discussed before but banks's "the rush" is a leftover beat from rakim's unreleased "oh my god" album, produced by dr. dre

Except it's not!  I went all over the internet looking for this track.  Does this sound familiar, a-hole?  http://www.amazon.com/gp/music/wma-pop-up/B000000112001007/ref=mu_sam_wma_001_007

A song from a 1995 album that was probably just a straight sample anyway was originally a Rakim beat... from a deal he signed with Dr. Dre in 2002? ? ?

Riiiiiiiiiight.
