I saw the video and there was top dogg on it.....but the album version was with snoop....how come?
What about topp dogg??? where is he? does he still rap?

He was in the video because when they made the video Suge was trying to push Top dogg, and Snoop was no longer on the label.  Top Dogg is no longer on Death Row, and his CD was never released.  Rumor has it that he was shot and he's in a wheelchair now, but that might be bullshit.

I know that Top Dogg, DJ Quik's friend, was shot and killed. I also heard that YGD aka Death Row's Top Dogg, got shot.

Not necessarily on all albums.   

Snoop was on "All Eyez on Me" version of the song.  Top Dogg was on the "Greatest Hits" version of the song.
