this aint really got anything to do with the thread but are you fucking around with beats without samples? if not you need to do so, so that that mofos won´t think you jacked a sample used already. man i´m tellin you all of dumb ass friends keeps on insisting that you jacked a DC track even though i try to explain to them that y´all just happened to sample the same joint.

Thing about me....95% of the time I do beats, they are all original, and might have a few very small vocal samples. This is actually the ONLY beat I have ever done that is completely sampled. I did it about a year and a half ago. About 8 months after I did it, my homeboy calls me tellin me "Ey man, Destiny's child stole yo beat!!!!!!" And I was like wtf??? So I dl'd that song, and I was like ahh shit...they didn't jack the beat, but they just used the same sample. So it was kinda bad that the first song I produced that is gettin major play and has big names on it, has to have the same damm sample as a song that came out a few months earlier. Whenever I play it for most people who didn't hear it last year when I did it ALWAYS say "you didn't do shit, you just got that sample from Destiny's child!!" and that's bad because I barely even sample.

Earlier tonight, my homeboy called me and told me that he heard Therapy sessions on KDay today. About 2 hours later, G. Malone's brother Pooh called me and told me that it was on right then, and I called my other homeboy to turn to it and he was playin it and I could hear it on the phone.

So my question to those who are in LA who might listen to KDay...is this song in regular rotation? I didn't get to ask Pooh if it was, but it they played it twice that close it sounds like it might be. Either way, this is the first song I've ever produced to get played on LA radio, so it's good news to me. Big Boy played it on Power 106 a few months ago, but I was out here in Florida when it happened so I didn't have a chance to hear it or get somebody to tape it.
