Sup, Hiphopsite.com's "news on the d.l." says that Dre is working in the studio right now with the ALCHEMIST on Cube's upcoming album, and Alchemist is also "lacing Rakim with a few LAST MINUTE INCLUSIONS"! It also notes that Dre did three tracks for Jewell's upcoming album...

Alchemist is workin on cube's new album?...i like Alchemist and all...but i don't want East coast beats on a ice cube album...i wonder how this is gonna turn out...can't wait til his shit drops...

Alchemist is from the west coast so why not??? I am pretty sure he can kick a few west coast sounding beats + i would love to hear cube rap over some grimy NY type beats as well

Alchemist is from the west, he can do west coast beats. Plus even if he does give him an east coast beat and if its dope, who cares? Plus who produced his best album? That would be the Bomb Squad aka as east coast as it got back in 91.
