I'm a heiro/casual/del/tribe called quest/old school/africa bambata/KRS One/Planet Asia/Zion I/Rass follower but Im starting to get back into the Gangsta rap scene and the Mainstream scene. Can you give me some recommendations on what to go out and pick up or download.

I have the new W.C. album which is off the hinges. I got a heap load of Crooked I mp3s. Dogg Pound mp3s. Bad Azz - Money Run, somethin like 8 50 Cent mix-cds. I have every Eastsidaz jam to my knowledge, Snoop, Tray Deee etc.

Who and what do I need to be checking for?

Everyone people already said (especially Quik), and also Chico & Coolwadda. Cop their Wild N Tha West album, its a perfect mix of gangsta ish and MC-ing.

You also might want to check out some Kam, Gonzoe, oh and how could I forget Suga Free.
