hey seer...how bout selling me this the rights to takeover this message board 8) ....seriously i wouldnt change much...you could still post here...just i would be overseer ...you'd just have to change your name thats all....hell id even let tech still post here..i have lots of good ideas actually...holla @ me  8)

first you have to consider

1- do you have money to continue running it and paying the bills
2- do you even know how to set/run/fix the forum? because I wouldnt sell to someone who doesnt know how...

plus its not for sale unless someone makes a very very serious offer...
