Just wondering if anyone has got this or has seen this dvd and whether or not it is worth ordering. Is it proffessional or a dodgey dvd just chucked together?

I remember some of the things on there, but if u could refresh my mind it would be appreciated. Styles was gonna post a review on DPG but it never eventuated.
