g'd up - g unit
« on: November 30, 2003, 05:46:44 AM »
yo i finally copped beg for mercy but this joint is made tight........though the two dre beats are trademarks beats, more in the style of his 2001 shit, nothing new but the beats are still sick........but g'd up is a fucking mad joint........

anyways for anyone who says 50cent is wack, u wanna check his verse out, cuz comin in 1st its tough cuz u gotta set the tone for the joint..........but 50 kills his verse.....sick as fuck..........and then banks comes in and slows shit down abit with a weak verse specially considerin how 50 held his verse down............but when buck comes in....... :o :o :o......his verse jus kills shit, its smokin niggaz...........from start to end, his flow lyrics and shit are sick on this joint..............came sickest along with 50, banks should have re done his verse cuz he got made to loook young compared to these niggaz on this joint

anyone know what the next g-unit single is?

peace

If its on the radio 24/7 they will. Hopefully it was a false rumor.

Yep...well, as long as the song's good, I don't really care. But there will be a time (soon) that those songs won't have any affect on me anymore because of the fact that it gets played out.

SHIIIIT...

Smile is a tight tune! I admit it's a blatant cross-over track, but it's well done nonetheless.

Hey LyRiCaL_G - what are your thoughts on the album after the first listen? I was bumpin' it today (got it on drop date) and I think shit is remarkable. Much, much, better than GRODT. In my opinion there's not a weak track on there, and I can't remember the last time I said that about an album...

WOW, a G-Unit thread without any posts like:

"50 is a bitch, I hate his guts"
"None of them have talent, South Watts Gangsta Negroaz is far better"

Anyways, I think this album is kinda strange when playing it back to forth..
Going from killer-tracks like "Poppin' them thangs" and "My Buddy" to fillers/garbage like "Wanna get to know you" and "Baby you got" is strange, to say the least.

Hopefully, "Poppin' them thangs" or "My Buddy" will be the next single, but they're all about guntalk, so they will have to redo the lyrics if they want it aired on MTV.
