anyone else suffer from this?

shit sucks, i have classes this morning and i've been up for 24 hours now....


but nope, spend all night on games and checking news, chatting and shit

spend all morning chugging coke and sprinkling 3 pounds of sugar on my sugar smacks

I kinda do. not really diagnosticated but I hardly sleep and therefore I suck ass at school and Im in my graduate years.

if you think you suffer , you will. ;)

stop with the sugar products.. i drink mostly water at work now, used to drink coke and when got home dr pepper.. but had probs sleeping..

also.. i find if i  come off the pc/games etc etc 30 mins before bed and read for a bit before i wanna sleep it normally works :)

i've tried everything.... i can spend hours lying motionless and counting the bumps on my ceiling... also i only do sugar products in the morning to give me that kick


the only thing that works and is cheap is tylenol pms but they knock me out for at least 10 hours and sometimes i don't have that long to sleep

Dont suffer with it really but I am very strange when it comes to sleep and shit.  Nearly every night I get into bed and watch a film till about 3 or 4 in the morning.  I the have to be up every day at 8 but I somehow manage to do it.  I pretty much live my life very tired.

I'm the type of person who needs a lot of sleep, but I hate going to bed early. That's why I always walk around tired (it has been like this for about 3 years right now, so I'm used to it.) But really...I can't even remember how it feels to not be tired, and that's the truth.

I wish it was different, but it's not...so I guess I have to live with it.

I've said this countless times on here.  If you can't sleep, smoke some fuckin weed.  Ain't no way your not gonna get tired if you smoke dank.  And it ain't like you have to become a fuckin stoner, or you can't do anything when your high, etc.  If you don't really like weed, or whatever your problem is with smoking it, then just smoke right before bed.  When you got everything done, and you are ready to get some sleep, just kick back and smoke some.  It will solve your insomnia problem.

If I cant sleep I normally take Tynelo (spelling? Can never spell that shit) PM.

Today I came home and slept from 3-8, so I aint gona be able to sleep tonight. Ill probably take 2 Tynelo (again  ::)) Pmz
