Oh man, this is beyond dope. The beat is real nice, Kanye ripped it up, Kweli was dope as ever, but I think Common stole the show, straight dopeness throughout though.

The only annoying thing is Tim Westwoods constant use of stupid sounds over the top as usual. But we haven't got long before we can cop the album so it's no biggie.

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.
