Is Kanye West's CD coming out Feb 10th??

I was at Best Buy and the guy looked it up on the computer and said COLLEGE DROPOUT by Kanye West is supposed to come out on Feb. 10th (next Tuesday).  Anyone know if this is true or did it get pushed back....seems kinda soon since i haven't heard any buzz for it recently.  But MTV listed it as one of the most anticipated albums of 2004 and they said it was scheduled out in Feb. of 2004.
