ok, now recently my computer has flipped out on me and everytime i try to save a pic off online, it saves in bitmap form, usually it only saves bitmap pictures in bitmap form but i been tryin to save jpg pics and it still saves in bmp. and it doesnt give you the option to change it, can anyone help me change it back to jpg?

my pc does that.. you need to open the pic in a imaging program.. convert it to what you want

u cant...somehow the settings in our (or atlest my) computers got changed to where even in an imaging program you can only save in .bmp or .art

^^ i have that too, but then i figured out how to change that kind of stuff through a program that is on my computer.... it is some kodak program...

yeah but how do you set it back to saving as jpeg cause thats how mine was originally

when you tell it to save as its going to save it depending what the file is on that website.

You can use adobe photoshop. or when you click save picture as. change the filename extenesion. Example.

Save as window
Filename: My Picture

when you choose what to name it call it My Picture.jpg and it will save it as a jpg
