From allhiphop.com's rumor section:

Here is another rumor that’s fit to print. We got word that Talib Kweli is going around the nation, in particular the West Coast forming a new mixtape that will have him paired up with emcees of the gangsta type. We can appreciate that fa sho,’ because we have always maintained that the barriers between hip-hop need to be broken down. Holla at ya folk

Does anyone have additional info on this? All I know is that Kweli did a track with E-40....

That track with E-40 is well old, but I wouldn't rule it out considering he has done some tracks with Strong Arm Steady members. If its true though hopefully Kweli himself won't be rapping about gangsta shit though cause that will just be a complete contradiction of his behalf.

i know hi tek did production for strong arm steady...
talib also did a song or two with Strong Arm steady at the show..

Kweli sounds sick with dudes like Phil Da Ag and Ras and what not, but shit'd be interesting to hear him spit with dudes like Yukmouth and Mitchy Slick.
