Anyone see the new Trailer Park boys?
« on: April 11, 2004, 10:07:27 PM »
I missed like half of it (was watching the canucks game..we won :D)...had some funny scenes, bubbles pissing in public, 6 feet away from cops lol ("Bubbles, you can't piss in public")

I wished i watched the first half of the episode...i just know Ricky is selling dope agian and is the trailer park supervisor

To the people who watched it, what do you think?

The funniest part was bubbles at the end when he was all drunk and hammered.

Disapointing. Not bad, but lacked the punch of the opening episodes from the other seasons.

Think about it:
Season 1 - Cyrus, gun fight (HILARIOUS)
Season 2 - Ricky's confrontation with Randy, Lahey drunk and letting the park go to shit (Funny as hell)
Season 3 - Ricky wasting $40 000, Julian buying Bubbles the go-cart and the shed, Ricky kissing Lahey's bare ass (One of the best episodes)
Season 4 - Ricky hides dope, Bubbles playing Guitar (Kinda funny, but lacks that great opening)

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

See to me the "420" jersey makes it seem like they're trying a bit too hard. That part with the blinking was funny though.

Perhaps but that wasn't my point. They're reaching too much with jokes.

I thought the rims were funny, I just found the jersey was too predictable.

I think the show is filmed in Halifax.  Thats about as far away from the West Coast as you can get.  We got plenty of trailor trash in Canada too tho.
