Insomnia really stinks. I have it for a month now or something and I don't like it. Some nights you just can't seem to get no sleep, so the next day you're all tired and shit. But then the nexy night you can sleep, but that next day you're still tired as fuck because you didn't have enough sleep! So yeah, that really sucks.

dont take drugs to sleep, when tryn to sleep visualise a deep sleep and youll get there

I've had insomnia once, lasted like a week and I got like 5 hours of sleep pretty much, er i dunno maybe 8 i forget, but weed solved my problem well and then it kind of just went away after 2 days

i get it pretty bad too...i havent slept properly for a few weeks...at the weekends i come in from work at like 3am and just watch tv or whatever till everyone else gets up...after about a week of it i manage to sleep for 4-5 hours one day...then it starts again...

last night after work i had a half litre of vodka and slept like a log tho...

I Have cases of Insomnia every 2 or 3 months or so....i dont sleep untill 4, wake up a 6....take a nap @ 4-6pm, wake up..repeat.....during the night, im usually makin a bunch of party mixes/remixes or making beats....i dunno, it kinda helps me think more about music, but i hate being tired and sluggish during the day
