Don't worry about those westcoast artists right now if you don't have those albums.

Here are 7 I would get:

A Tribe Called Quest - Midnight Marauders
Big Daddy Kane - Long Live The Kane
Black Moon - Enta Da Stage
Smif-N-Wessun - Da Shinin


And one from each of these three artists:

KRS-One/Boogie Down Productions
EPMD
Eric B. & Rakim

Krimson - you gotta get that Tribe Called Quest album. IMO it should be a punishable crime for any hip hop fan not to have that CD, whatever coast they claim allegience to!

Oh yeah, and now that you're a self-professed East Coast head, check my sig and pick yourself up a copy of Non Fiction by Black Sheep. Not sure if it's still in print, but if you can find a copy it's a five mic classic IMO.
