obviously you haven't heard much ras kass if you don't think he is intelligent.  getting a dui has nothing to do with intelligence.  when you are drunk, no matter who u are, and how smart you are, you tend to make bad decisions.  Especially the people who "seem" the smartest.  such as someone who gets straight A's thru HS, goes to a great college on the eastcoast, but hardly ever parties.  How do u think they would act when drunk?  Probably a lot dumber than someone like me, who is not that scholarly, but I do party a lot.

Sorry but this is what i call an excuse! Nobody told him to drink all that shit. If he's as intelligent as you say, he'd have known that it's wrong to drink like that. A mature man doesnt do that. Cause, like you said, when you do that, you tend to make bad decisions and to loose your control. Saddest thing is that sometimes you do something negative to you, sometimes you do something negative to somebody else. But still.. if you intelligent, then you dont put yourself in that situation. Ras Kass did have a prior vehicular manslaughter charge on his record (he killed someone) as well as another DUI. So it's three strikes. I like Kass, but he's done the crime and been caught for it 3 times. He has killed someone. Plus he runned away from the police. I understand you mentality. I fuck with ppl with your mentality like everyday. You are an open book to me when you talk like that (cause i've heard it thousands of times). But in the real word, that's something stupid enought to say it's WRONG to say no rappers alive are more intelligent than him. Nima explained me he was referring to his lyrics, then ok.
