According to www.hiphopsite.com  its not coming out this summer because they are reworking tracks and the hooks are apparently weak.   But who knows for sure ???....i think its another way of throwing everybody off :).

The Master Rakim was on the BET Awards and presenting with Baby from the Cash Money Crew. "Just wanted everybody to know the God Lives", so Rakim and he said, that his long awaited album "Oh my God" is comin' out this summer.
