The watershed and how after this time cerain things are allowed to be shown

Talk about religion and how some religions might find something offensive so it has to be censored

Talk about children and how sex, violence, drug use, abuse, and other shit can lead to trauma and bad things, mention Childsplay and Jaime Bulger (r.i.p)

Talk about how without censorship the tv network would be full of programs that can promote and display anything they want and therefore many programs would become horrible and full of violence, bloodshed, etc.  

For....

Talk about people and choices.  If they deem a program to be to horrible they can simply change channel or turn off the tv set.

You could talk about how violence, drug use etc etc is nowdays a part of everyday life so avoiding these issues is simply avoiding life and what goes on in it.

You could talk about how people have a right to see these types of things because they pay for services and tv licensing etc.

Why should people who don't mind watching gory shit and seeing nasty shit on tv suffer for the people who don't.
