Sam Allardyce gets my vote - that is if i want to see England successful.

But my real vote goes to Alex McLeish  ;D.

But then again he would have to leave Rangers.

So i'll stick with Sam Allardyce.  ???

Got to be an Englishman this time round.

I'm thinking Pearce would be best for the job, or maybe Allardyce. Not McClaren or any johnny foreign cunt.

Gabrielle Marcotti, (italian journalist), suggested Stuart Peace with the help of Terry Venables.

Seems like the best option to me. Pearce can keep his job with City and be guided by Venables, whose well respected.

Allardyce if you want to see England boring, with 11 foreigners pushing long balls to tall attackers, most likely with Crouch & Heskey as first choice. :grumpy:

i dont understand how this could happen to erikkson, he was a very talented trainer who fell of. I dont think any trainer will succed with such press in england. Erikkson was a really good trainer.

Uhh, use your head - thats called playing to your strengths, we are a physical squad and it gets results on a shoestring budget, why would sam use the same tactics with a squad of capable passing, moving tactical players...thats right he wouldnt he would work on something that played to englands strengths...

11 foreigners in an england team??......I just pray it aint Martin "Ghod" O'Neill. As long as it aint him am not botherd, coz az Wilz said, they gon under achieve again, if they were going 2 win somethin major then it would hav been euro 2004 when most of thier players were at their peak. You could argue they'll be at their peak in the summer but Brazil are still waaaay 2 strong. And i would LOVE 2 c ferdinand take on Henry/Cassano/Ronaldo/Adriano/Van Nistelrooy coz rio is definetly the weak link.

I'm hoping he gets caught with large amounts of Class A on him and gets a bit of jail time just before the World Cup.
