Interesting info about Spider's previous business relationships
« on: February 03, 2006, 09:53:04 AM »
Yeah yeah, another Spider Loc thread. This one isnt about beef tho. I saw this on another forum, I dont know how much if it is true, but still a good read...

Spider Loc dated Vita so he hunged out with Gotti & The INC regularly. More then Crooked I & Eastwood.

Spider Loc became close friends with Ja & alll the rest.

While the beaf was going on People like Crooked I, Spider Loc, Yukmouth, C-Bo, Scarface, Eastwood, Gail Gotti, Kurupt, Jayo Felony, 40 Glocc, Roscoe,Tri-Starr & many others recorded 50 Cent & G-Unit disses but all of the artists were too afraid of what the disses could do to their carears so they all kept it on wax & the only ones brave enough to release disses wer Yukmouth & C-Bo

Well at the Time Spider Loc was recording a G-Unit Killaz mixtape.

While recording the mixtape Spider Loc met 50 Cent at the Young Buck video recording of Shorty Wanna Ride cause he wanted to meet the only G in G-Unit & ask him why he's with them.

Then he met 50. Spider didn't expect 50 to know who he was so when 50 heard him freestyleing he asked him who he was. After Spider said Spider Loc. 50 Cent said somthing like "I know who you are, I heard allot of your mixtape about me, I didn't like it, I loved it & I wanna offer you allotta money to join G-Unit & rep the Westcoast Crips.

Since Eastwood introduced Suge & Spider Loc too Yonug Buck & Game before they got involved with G-Unit & they all hunged out with Gotti & The INC & recorded The Disfunktonal Family soundtrack.

So Spider Loc wasn't offically signed with Tha Row & 50 had strangly offered him allotta money Spider sold his soul to the devil.

Anyways 50 had just recruited an enemy to G-Unit. But Spider was smarter then Game. He said sometihng like "Aight but I'm not Game I'm not getting involved in all your beef, I got beef with Daz & Snoop & whoever ellse I decide & I'm not getting involved in any of it".

Which surprised me when I first heard G-Unot Killa. But I understand now.

Anyways since I know his former friends & I know allotta them peoples I heard the story like that.

According to some people's Spider still shows respect to Rap-A-Lot & Murder INC & he supossibly also went to Gotti's trial.

I hardly believe that but It's how I've heard it.

It also sickens me that a year ago 40 Glocc, Kurupt & Jayo Felony all recorded G-Unit disses & instead of releaseing them they kept their dick in-between their legs & they joined that click with Mobb Deep.

Even after Pac almost killed Mobb Deep's whole career. Mobb Deep even made a new Pac diss in 2004 & people still kiss their ass.

So even though Spider still shows love to The INC I gotta say this

Fuck 40 Glock, Fuck Jayo Felony, fuck Kurupt for trying to break Murder INC & Death Row & fuck anyone ellse involved with 50 Cent.

Anyways it's all true cause I know allotta producers who know this shit. It's all producer ghosip.

All the facts check out. I might have miss-quoted 50.

This one isnt about beef tho.

all of this info only shows that these disses are not serious. theyre as serious as two kids going at each other in the playground. thats the only thing i can deduct out of all this.

Actually, it kinda becomes that.

We really gotta stop making these threads.  If Spi is really so wack, then why are we giving him any attention at all?  Right now, Spi has a LOT of cats talking about him, and since he's still barely known except to West Coast fans and G-Unit/Unot fans, this kinda gossip can send him nowhere but up.  Just like Game saying the Loc wasn't even worth beefing with, and then a month later he releases "240 Bars" after he thinks everyone forgot he said that.  You gotta admit one thing - cuzz has created publicity for himself, and ya'll are buying into it EVERY time you make a thread about him.  As long as we can't get his name outta our mouths, he's benefiting - and that's what he wants.

jay-z did a pac diss after pac's death.  mumbling about how he couldn't let shit slide or something.  get on everyone supporting jay too.

kurupt had his own beef with murder inc, independent of g-unit.  and kurupt did drop those lines like (50 ain't the next pac, ja rule ain't the next pac, get off pac's dick) or whatever.

i really don't get this.  jayo felony dissed jay-z over something silly.  why would he be scared to diss 50 now?

why is 50 the devil?  seriously?  why is 50 so bad?  and 50 doesn't want any part of gail gotti.

threads on a message board aren't any real form of promotion.
anyone at dubcc or wcrydaz or something already knows about spi.  you look at any "10 best albums of the year" list on this forum, remove game, add up the sales and maybe you get double platinum.  it's like an alternate universe.  the universe where tha dogg pound are legends and icons yet at the same time the hosts on bet don't know that they broke up or ever had beef.

what's wrong with spi benefitting on dubcc?  it won't even translate to album sales.  warren g and dj quik's last albums would be platinum if it translated to album sales.

Something silly?  Jigga pretty much ended Jayo's deal with Def Jam and got his "Hotta Than Fish Grease" album shelved.  Not exactly what I'd call "something silly".  I thought it was kinda stupid when he dissed Snoop and Tha Eastsidaz just because they called a song "Crip Hop" when he was putting out an album called "Crip Hop", tho.

I never said it's promotion, but I did say Spi is trying desperately to get attention, and we're giving it to him.  And yeah, it may not translate to Platinum, but it does help break him to a wider audience.  Nobody gave a fuck about Spi before DubCNN (and we're not the only message board pissed off at him) got on his site and started making stupid comments, and suddenly, everyone's talking about him.  Think about how low Spi is right now - that's a major step up for him.  He can use any publicity he can get, since 50 sure as hell ain't gonna give it him.

BTW, wasn't DJ Quik's album one of the top-selling independent records of 2005?  I dare say, he probably made more money off that album than any other rapper doing Platinum numbers.  So that's more power to him - homie's gettin paid, and online publicity probably helped him out a lot.

i thought jayo dissed him first because he was mad over some comments jay made undermining the west coast.  then jay retaliated.

what's the order of events?

Ah, my bad, I forgot about the original version of "Trued Up" that came out before the album version (which was a remix)...that's what pissed Jay-Z off and got Jayo shut down on Def Jam.

dubcc, wcrydaz definitely help artists in terms of letting the fans know what's going on and when it's coming out.  dj quik is a legend with atleast 15 years in the game.  the internet let the fans know he had an album out; but it's going to sell off the strength of his name.

i didn't mean to undermine the function of dubcnn et. al.  but i haven't seen the internet expanding anyone's fanbase.  i don't see threads on dubcc bolstering spi anything major.  spi is working with very little.  dj quik is a legend.

here is why jayo was mad:

Quote
Felony said one of the factors that inspired him to write the record was what he considered to be Jay's "disrespect for the West." "My thing was, how's a n---a gonna make a song like 'Change the Game' where he talks about 'I wear more bling to The Source and Soul Train [awards shows] ... and n---az won't do a thing'?" Jayo said. "He knows it ain't going down like that." Both awards shows have been held on the West Coast, and every year rumors circulate about celebrities getting robbed for money and jewelry worn to the events by gang members.

jay-z had the audacity to say he could attend an award show blinged out and not get robbed, and jayo felony somehow took this as a diss to the west that needed response.  i interpret jay's lines more as mocking the cats that got robbed.  not some superthug shia challenging the west.  jayo is a funny guy.  and this leads to him losing his record deal.  whether or not jay will get robbed in cali.

lol!  that's some silly shit

Spider has never met Ja Rule or IG. he said that on his forum on his site so this is BS.
