shady/aftermath won with "shit hits the fan" dre shitted on ja.

How did Dre shit on Ja? By calling him short? LMAO @ The Dre supporters on this board. Dre says "You're short!" and his "fans" jump up "Yaaaaay for Dre! He won the battle!!!" LMAO. Ya'll don't know Hip Hop.
Seriously, he had a weak verse & whats even worse is he didnt even write that.

I don't think Dre ever had a better verse.

well 50 talked about "erasing" Ja´s kids prior to that so i don´t see what´s wrong with Ja talkin about Em´s daugther and sayin he was gonna send 50 to "meet up with mommy". and Ja won the battle as far as songs goes but at the same time he kinda lost it coz he waited too long to respond. and when he finally decided to respond his career was already over.

Ja lost the battle IMO...but it was never really a fair fight. Shady/Aftermath had a superstar roster locked and loaded and ready to intervene. All Ja had was himself, since no-one was checking for Murder Inc's no name artists. I think he was definitely aided by Fatal's involvement though, gave Ja a certain seal of approval.

Ja's "Loose Change" diss was undeniably hard. When I first heard it, I put it on rewind because I could have never have expected him to come with something that vicious. But, even then, I knew he was doomed to fail because he was going up against one of the strongest teams in the industry. It was only a matter of time until he was shut down the way he was.

Em never really 'got' Ja the same way that Rule hit him on the "Loose Change" track, but to be fair he never really came with a proper response to my knowledge. The "Hail Mary" track was rumoured to have been recorded before "Loose Change" even leaked because apparently Em and 50 were already aware that Ja was gonna drop his diss cut. On "Doe Ray Me" all he did was that furious ad libbing, and while he scattered numerous songs afterwards with disses to Murder INC and Ja, he never got at them with a "Nail In The Coffin" or "Girls" level of diss. That said, maybe he didn't come with such a response because "Loose Change" was so intense. If only he had spit a verse on the D12/Obie cut...

Also, I've said it before but I really believe "Doe Ray Me" was the dopest track to come out of that entire war.  Every member of D12 killed it, to some surprise, and Obie absolutely stole the show. I remember, I think it was HipHopSite.com giving Obie one of the verses of the year for his participation on that one. Even though Em didn't rhyme, his rants over the track were cold.

I don't believe for one second "Hail Mary" was recorded before "Loose Change," to me it sounded like a ploy so people would sympathize with 50 and Em. "Oh they recorded it before Ja's track, so it wasn't really a response." Which to me means "50 and Em dropped the ball, let's cover it up."

Ja, by himself >>>> Shady/Aftermath/G-Unit in that battle. Must hurt.

Ok, As someone that still respects Ja Rule I still have to be real, I see it as a tie, coz Ja was by his own against all those artists and did fucking well on his fucking own but too late...I think it was a tie lyrically but financially he lost bad...newayz still coppin' ja's albums tho...coz that mofucka got skills and we will see what happens on his next album around july...peac3

Must hurt? Haha...are you implying I'm some sort of Shady/Aftermath groupie? Sorry, I haven't bought one of the label's albums since "Get Rich...". A Shady/Aftermath groupie wouldn't admit Ja's diss was undeniably hard, which I have here in this thread (!) and in the past. You say that YOU don't believe the track was recorded before "Loose Change". Fair enough, that's just your opinion. I did say "apparently" after all - I didn't say it was a fact and it could not be true. That's what MTV News reported though. But hey, you don't have to believe them.
