Strictly West Coast. He has to go back to the G-Funk sound from '92, that would be dope. I mean Chronic 2001 was dope, but didn't gave me the same feelin' as the Chronic. I love that G-Funk sound.

Why the hell would he go back to that sound ? Gfunk is dead.

If it sounds good, then I'm all for it!

Besides, how can music be dead?

I will believe Detox when I hear a single for it and have the album in my hands.
but what if you loose your hands before Detox drops?

Disagree, the album has to be some futuristic shit, never heard before , it'll be without a doubt or won't never dropped( if Dre doesn't succeed in doing a groundbreaking album)

I want Detox to be no more than 12 tracks. Dre himself said in an interview that Detox will have absolutely no filler, and that he wants every song on the album to be a single. That sounds crazy, but I agree with the idea of "less is more". Instead of 16-18 banging tracks, how about 12 classic ones, no fast fowarding...that's what I'd like.

Many classic records have clocked in at under an hour. "Doggystyle" comes to mind, as does "Illmatic", which barely hit 40 mins. Even Quik's "Trauma" was considerably short, though that's one of the reasons why I like it so much. Quality over quantity, imo.

I just want it to come out.

That's pretty much how I feel
Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.

I dont want Dre to be limited to a particular coast. I want the album to have a universal appeal, which I think Dre is going for anyway. I dont want him to re-do his old stuff... I want him to do somthing differrent. I trust Dre's judgement to put whoever he wants on the album, but Snoop and Eminem are MUSTS since they were his two main, closest and biggest appreantices in his career. Bishop will be the next "main protoge" and I allready know for a fact that he's on it.
