recycle and reaosn 3.0

I just got recycle. Basicly i was wondering how to loop and chop up propely. Also how come it dosent take mp3 files ? right now im putting a song into wavelab making it a wav file then putting into the recycle and makew it a rex file.Any tips on recycle or Reason 3.0 would be appreciated thanks

It just doesn't, they haven't written it into the code.
