Going to see B.B. King!
« on: April 14, 2006, 12:40:46 PM »
Taking a trip down to Florida to visit my Aunt and she scored tickets. The motherfucker is 80 and still touring.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

I know, 80 is an age that I hope I live to, let alone can still be in a prime like he is.
