That would be the classic "More Bounce To The Ounce". That shit is legendary...must be one of the THE most sampled songs in West Coast Hip-Hop.

Yeah, I remember a time when I used to think to myself that I would kill the next rapper who sampled that song.  It's by far the most overused sample not just in the West, but in hip-hop, PERIOD.

Oh, and for comedy sometime, go to http://the-breaks.com and look up rappers who sampled "More Bounce to the Ounce"...it'll bug you out.
