The Bakersfield BLAZE logo...you're opinions on what they were thinking here lol

growing up here in bakersfield our minor league  team has seen some of the biggest name major leaguers  from Mike Piazza to Hedeo Nomo go through Sam Lynne Ball Park....but since the team changed it's name from The Bakersfield Dodgers to The Bakersfield Blaze.....the name has always had an "urban legend" behind it. everyone use to say , 'the reason why they changed their name was because the owner is a BIG pot head"  and every time the Blaze would be brought up everyone would always mimic smoking some bud.....it was always an Urban Legend but this new logo has got me wondering how true that legend might be
