What is the name of this song? And who does it? That OLD-school song; one DJ and one MC rocking a party...

I think the name is Fire Water Burn
The Bloodhound Gang covered it, but I don't know who did the OG

Yeah this is the original, easy to tell when you listen to it.

I was searching Google forever, and best I could come up with was Grandmaster Flash...? And no song name...
