Does the tracks "My Life" and "Watch What U Do" was recorded when Crook was on Death Row? Does somebody have that "My Life" track without tags?

I am almost certain that "My Life" was recorded when Crooked started Dynasty. Also, "Watch What U Do" appeared on Sway And Tech's "Back To Basics" CD, I'm not sure if it was written when he was on Death Row, but it's possible. However, it did drop AFTER he left Death Row.
