He's real close but look at the big men on the list.  Ben Wallace, Samuel Dalembert, and Dwight Howard are all better defensively then Duncan, the only one that you can question is Jermaine Oneal  but then again all around he is a lil better of a defender than Duncan is.

Yes I believe so, Duncan is the better player no doubt, JO is a better shotblocker and their 1 on 1 defense is very close.  Remember when Artest was a Pacer at one time Isiah, Bird, and Carlisle all said that Ronnie was the best defender in the league but Jermaine was close behind.

Kobe had a great season defensively, he was first team all-defense (meaning TOP FIVE in the league) and was nominated for Defensive Playoer of the Year...I'm starting to doubt that you know that much about defense, especially since you once said Paul Pierce was better than Kobe defensively...
