Saw it tonight and had a great time.  It is what it is - a movie about snakes on a plane.  It wasn't corny, there wasn't any retarded underlying message, it was straight action packed from front to back, with Sam Jackson kickin some ass.  I'd also think it's a movie that should be seen on the big screen.  Something about being in the theater with this type of flick really adds to the enjoyment of the movie.

So in summary this movie won't change your life, but it was great entertainment.

When this topic started I thought it was some kind of internet joke because it had bullshit written all over it. Now with all the buzz that it generated and people saying that its enjoyable I will definitely gonna check it out. I´m no movie guy but this might be worth it. Just for those motherfucking snakes on a plane. lol

It's def an action movie.  But like any good action flick, there are def some comic relief moments.  They do a good job of building up tension, then there'll be a good one liner to make you laugh and breathe easy.
