^^Thats real homie, I guess maybe its just me lol, for some reason I just dont get into his beats that much, but I loved Trauma so imo I still think Quik has it.

Oh no doubt. Saying Timbo is more innovative is in no way a knock to Quik. I loved Trauma too. Trauma and The Documentary were probably the only hip-hop albums I went out and bought in 05. It's just that Quik seemed to play it safe with his production lately while Timbo has been taking risks and they've been paying off.

^^On point again! Yeah those were my 2 fav cd's of 05 also. 05 was a horrible year for albums, 06 hasnt been much betetr, but I know you felt Cam, 40's, and JR.'S albums that got released this year

Timbaland is a legend as far as hip-hop producers, I dunno how you can say he's not...He has an amazing catalogue, his shit now is good, but he produced some classics back in the days...PeACe

I only say that because he had alot more misses than hits in my opinion. Now, it's just consistent heat coming from Timbo which is why he's getting more exposure and more recognition.

to me, Timbaland is without doubt one of the most innovative and under-rated producers in the game...he has the ability to do some real creative shit but at the same time always seems to drop consistently dope shit, whether it be on hip hop, rnb or pop records...you've gotta respect it...dude is a legend in my eyes...been dropping dopeness for years...
