ICE-T has laughed off rap rival NELLY's claims he would win a hip-hop stand-off - insisting he'd "kick his a**"...

The COP KILLER star - real name TRACY MARROW - confesses he's not the toughest rapper himself, but is confident he could handle the HOT IN HERRE hitmaker. Ice-T says, "I'd kick Nelly's a**! He ain't nowhere near the top of the food chain. There's some bad cats out there like Freddie Foxxx and King Sun. "Nelly's a little guy and he'd get stomped. But he'd have to say that - that's the right answer for any rapper."

Nelly already got owned by Chingy and hes almost as bad as any rapper comes. Nellys a singer for goodness sakes and when he raps, all its about is girls, playing football, etc. Oh yeah, he got owned by KRS-One too so that explains he can't rap hard worth a shit. Ice-T is about 100X greater than Nelly would ever dream of being as a rapper. Bow Wow could even outrap Nelly.
