In terms of quality Slick they are both contenders so quit fronting. It's ok to not think of something of Snoop's as pure perfection ya know, everyone has faults. As many have said, Snoop is getting stronger with every album/appearence. He has held a place after all this time but not everything he has done is as great as he has done in the past.
