I've seen Rome vs Phoenix Suns live.

Rome is a good mid-level Italian team who played without an american star (big defection). Nobody was expecting them to win, but hey, they played at the same level and intehensity (and Phoenix had the best team possible on the floor for 4 quarters!!) and they lost by less than 10 points.
