Why does the BAY'S weather shit on SoCal's weather?

i know u dudes from LA got the nice weather, but im gonna hafta say that the BAY (eastbay) has much better weather.  today is about 70 degrees, no wind, and gorgeous.  The best part is, we aint gonna get El Nino in the bay, SoCal on the other hand is gonna be bombarded by el nino.

i dont know man, ive lved in the bay area for like 18 years, and then lived in socal for a good 3-4 years, and i'd definitely have to say SoCal shits on norcal weather, even though both are very good. Socal is much better, up north still rains a lot more than down here like during winter time.
