Teecee's top 6 of the week........post yours!
« on: December 07, 2001, 05:52:26 PM »
Well, i forgot to do this shit but i am back for the very few who actually care.......here is my list.........oh ya, peep it, and don't forget to post yours.

1. You're the Man- Nas (my favourite song of the year, incredible lyrics, beat, and nice chorus. WOW)

2. Intro- Nas (Honestly, this beat is the best on the album, and nas rips it on here!)

3. Still Real-Fat JOe (Not a fan of Fat Joe, but this song is TIGHT!  Check it out, you won't be disappointed)

4. 7 Days Rmx- Craig David ft. Mos Def (With prod. by Premo, two nice verses by Mos Def, and one of the few R&B singers i feel, this means this track should be the shit....and it is)

5. Your Woman....- NAte Dogg ft. JD (JD manages to not piss me off that much, and this is currently my fav. track on the album.....i love that chorus, i can't get it out of my head, i think this would make  a much better single than Keep It Gangsta)

6. Music and Me- Nate Dogg (the best song off the album, the type of shit we really want from Nate)

That is my story and i'm sticking to it.....PEACE

#1 - Nate Dogg - Your Woman Hs Just Been Sighted (Ring The Alarm) - You're right this song is catchy as fuck. I too
cannot get that chorus out of my head.

#2 - Warren G - Ghetto Village - Shit is dope, sleeper track on the album. Only Warren solo track on the album.

#3 - Ludacris - Saturday (Ohh Ohh) - I love this track.

#4 - Ludacris f/Scarface, Twista & Jagged Edge - Freaky Thangs - Dope beat, this is a bitch song.

#5 - Warren G f/ Snoop Dogg & Nate Dogg - Yo Sassy Ways
Classic 213 shit. Awesome chemistry.

#6 - Nate Dogg f/ Lil' Mo & Xzibit - Keep It G.A.N.G.S.T.A.
Check out Xzibit's verse. Punchlines hard as fuck.

Suga Foot: You know that Ludacris stole the "Worst Comes To Worst" Dilated Peoples beat ?

1.  "Music & Me" - Nate Dogg - This is Nate @ his best.

2.  "Ditty Dum Ditty Doo" - Nate Dogg - Crazy Fredwreck banger, Nate Serves up an ill hook.

3.  "Bounce" - Busta Rhymes - Lovin this track.  Dark Mel-Man beat with Busta killin it.

4.  "Hate In Yo Eyes" - Mack 10 - Mack spits his best raps on the album, another good Dre beat.

5.  "Let It Be Known" - Mack 10 - HEATER.  Track is incredible, lovin all three verses from Scarface, X and Mack.  Beat is off the chain too.  X's hook is great.

6.  "Let The Thugs In The Club" - Mack 10 - Best CM/Mack 10 joint on the album.  Mannie Fresh comes with a good beat.

Stole it?  Both songs came out roughly the same time.  The problem is that Alchemist lacks innovativeness.

I find that strange. As "Worst Comes To Worst" was Dilated's lead single from "Expanison Team" who was released at least a month before Luda's "Word Of Mouf" album this seems very strange. You sure "Growing Pains" was Alchemist produced ?

Im not sure..but all I know is those albums were available on the net within days apart--so nobody copied anyone.  It may be alchemist selling the same beat to 2 people again...stupid cracker.

"stupid cracker."
what has that gotta do with anything, race is totally irrelevant..fact is dilated peoples dropped their album before ludacris..so logically his point of view makes sense..could be mistaken but whatever...why focus on some1s race becos what they said? thats ignorant

ive never understood that

Why are you focusing on the race thing?  The comment was light hearted and thats not the point.  The point is lets say Dilated Peoples album came out 2 weeks before Ludacris.  Its not like Ludacris fucking heard DP's song and said "Hey ..I want that beat.  Let's rush and get it on the album".  And as far as Alchemist..ask Royce about him and beats.
