Concerning "Aint Nuthin But A G Thang" vid

In the video as Dre rolls up to Snoop's crib this song is playing, or an instrumental of it does anyways, does anybody know the name of it or am I just imagining things?

Better question...who was the girl that got her bra snatched off at the picnic? I've really been wanting to know that since 92 (when I was 5).
