The Doors? Fuck no, they are so dope, I don't think Master P shoulda been on the list because he did so much for southern rap, plus Jamiraquia is pretty dope, and I don't listen to Yanni or Kenny G but they must be good in their own respect, bullshit list

and how can Iron Butterfly be in that list if they were the first platinum selling group?

Emerson, Lake, and Palmer did some great songs. Same with Kansas, Primus, Arrested Development, Live, Blind Melon, Whitesnake.

Having The Doors on there is un fucking called for. Whoever put that damn list together must not understand music good enough to be writer for a magazine.

Arrested Development bad?  WTF?  Same with Emerson Lake & Palmer.

Master P I can agree with.  He may have done a lot for the South, but really, who's gonna thank him considering the shitty music he put out?

I seriosly wanna stab who ever wrote that list in the neck for having The Doors on there. That is my favorite rock band.

And Celine Dion? I have never heard her music, but isn't she like well respected and a lot of people like her?

This must be the persons personal list cus some of these don't make since at all.

Easily the most ridiculous list I've ever read. It amazes me how people like this get jobs as music journalists--if you can call him that--in the first place. A number of classic rock bands mentioned that could easily be in the Top 50 Bands, including The Doors and Kansas. What is the world coming to? The number of people that respect, admire and listen to multiple genres is quickly fading. Mark my words, my children will be well versed in the world of music as a whole.
